- Sugar and Spice offers returns for store credit ONLY depending on the circumstance ( NO REFUNDS NO EXCEPTIONS).
- Due to sanitary regulations we do not accept any returns.
- Anything purchased at a discounted price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
- Damages must be reported within the same day of receiving merchandise or cannot be returned. Please report any damages within 14 days of purchase to firstname.lastname@example.org
- Original shipping is not refundable.
- Availability of a replacement item is not guaranteed.
- Return Credits are processed within 10-15 business days of receiving your return. We will send you an email confirmation when your return has been received and the credit has been issued.

How Do I Make A Return?
- *Returns must be sent within the first 7 calendar days of receiving your item. After the 7th date the return is considered final sale.
- Please include your order invoice and reason for return with the merchandise for tracking purposes
- Packaging must be well maintained and merchandise should fit accordingly inside return boxes or envelopes to prevent damage or over wrinkling upon return.
- We recommend shipping with insurance and keeping your shipping receipts until your return is processed. Sugar and Spice is not responsible for damaged, missing or packages lost in transit.
- Please note; we do not manually input addresses. Shipping addresses are exported from one database to another. Please insure shipping address is correct upon receiving tracking information.
- If a address error is made. Please email email@example.com within 8 hours of conformation email. Once orders are processed for shipment. No changed can be made.
- If your order is returned back to us and you choose not to pay your reshipment fee a refund will not be processed.
- You will be contacted via email when your rerouted package is delivered and processed into a warehouse
